Install the free extension, sign in to your free ATSAlign account and upload your résumé once (PDF or DOCX). It is saved to your ATSAlign account, so each job you check is scored against it without uploading again.

Yes. Installing the extension and seeing your match score is free for 5 different jobs a day, and opening a job you already checked that day does not count again. ATSAlign Pro lifts that daily limit (fair use applies). Pro is a one-time pass that never renews. No credit card is needed to install.
Which job sites does it work on?+
It works on LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever and Naukri job pages. Greenhouse and Lever postings work on their own sites (greenhouse.io and jobs.lever.co), but not when a company embeds them in its own careers site. It does not run on Workday or iCIMS pages; for those, paste the posting into the free website checker. Once you are signed in and your résumé is uploaded, your match score appears on a supported job page automatically.
Is my data private? What can the extension read?+
On supported job pages, the extension reads the visible job title, company and job description, so it can score your résumé against the job, and it sends the page’s web address along with them. On those sites it never reads your passwords, cookies or browsing history. Your résumé is saved to your ATSAlign account so each job can be scored against it, and ATSAlign never sells your data or uses it for advertising. The Privacy Policy has the details.
How is this different from pasting a job description into a website?+
The extension removes the copy-paste step. Instead of switching tabs and pasting each job description into a tool, you see your match score on the job page itself when you open it. On sites it does not support, such as Workday or iCIMS career pages, paste the posting into the free website checker instead.
Does it work on Edge and Brave too?+
Yes. It is built for Chrome, and Microsoft Edge and Brave can both install it from the Chrome Web Store. In Edge, select Allow if it asks you to allow extensions from other stores.
Will it change my résumé formatting?+
No. Checking a job never changes your file. If you tailor your résumé on ATSAlign (AI rewrites are part of ATSAlign Pro), a DOCX résumé can keep its own layout, while a PDF résumé is rebuilt in a new, clean layout.
