1. Nature of Services

ATSAlign is a SaaS platform providing AI-powered resume analysis. The Service includes an optional browser extension that displays an estimated resume-to-job match score on supported job sites.

ATSAlign is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Naukri, or any job platform. All product names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.

AI-generated content: ATSAlign uses AI to analyze and suggest edits to your resume. AI output can contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content for accuracy and truthfulness before using or submitting it, and for ensuring your resume reflects your genuine qualifications and experience. ATSAlign does not warrant the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not liable for any content you choose to submit to employers or other third parties.

2. User Account & Security

• You agree to provide accurate information during registration.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your password.
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts suspected of engaging in fraudulent activity or violating these terms.

3. Payments & Plans

• AI resume optimization is paid via one of: a Quick Fix, Job Hunt Pack, Career Pack, or legacy credit balance / grandfathered Weekly Pass.
• All current plans are one-time purchases — no auto-renewal, no recurring subscriptions.
• Each pack also includes unlimited browser-extension match checks for a limited window measured from the date of purchase — 7 days (Quick Fix), 15 days (Job Hunt Pack), 30 days (Career Pack). This benefit is time-based, expires at the end of that window regardless of remaining optimizations, and is non-refundable. Without an active window, the extension allows a limited number of free checks per day.
• All payments are processed by Razorpay.
• All prices are shown in the listed currency and are the final total amount payable — no additional taxes are added at checkout.
• Purchases are non-transferable. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy: in summary, an entirely unused purchase may be refunded within 7 days, and a purchase becomes non-refundable once you use any optimization or bundled analysis included in it. Verified technical failures are always remedied.
• Upon voluntary account deletion, any remaining optimizations, credits, or active subscription time will be forfeited — so request any eligible refund before deleting your account.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are available in the circumstances set out in our Refund Policy — including verified technical failures, duplicate or incorrect charges, and entirely unused purchases requested within 7 days. A purchase becomes non-refundable once you use any optimization or bundled analysis included in it, and we do not refund change of mind after use or dissatisfaction with results (outcomes are not guaranteed). If something goes wrong, please contact us first — we'll resolve genuine issues quickly under the Refund Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, offensive, or infringing resume content.
• Reverse engineer the ATS scoring algorithm.
• Use the platform for "scraping" or data mining.

Browser extension: the extension reads only the visible job description on supported job sites, at your initiation, for your personal use — it does not automate any action, collect other users' data, or bulk-collect listings. When you use the extension on a third-party job site, you are responsible for complying with that site's own terms of service. Match scores shown by the extension are estimates and are not the employer's actual ATS score.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:

• ATSAlign accepts no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (e.g., loss of a job opportunity).
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the last 6 months.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Jurisdiction: The courts located in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
• Dispute Resolution: Parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes amicably via the Grievance Officer within 30 days.
