Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want ATSAlign to work for you. Because optimizations and analyses are delivered digitally and immediately, this policy explains clearly when a refund is and isn't available. Please read it before purchasing.

1. When you can get a refund

  • Verified technical failure. If an optimization is consumed but we fail to deliver a result due to a verified technical error on our side (e.g. server crash, timeout), we automatically restore that optimization to your account. If we are unable to deliver it at all, we will issue a monetary refund for that item.
  • Duplicate or incorrect charge. If you were charged twice, or charged in error, we refund the incorrect charge in full.
  • Unused purchase (7-day cooling-off). If you change your mind, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided the purchase is entirely unused — that is, you have not used any optimization or any bundled analysis included in it.

2. Once a purchase is used, it is non-refundable

Each plan (Quick Fix, Job Hunt Pack, Career Pack) is a bundle of optimizations and analyses sold together at a discount. As soon as you use any single optimization or any bundled analysis from a purchase — even one — the entire purchase becomes non-refundable, because the service has begun to be delivered. This is disclosed before you pay.

Refunds are also not available for:

  • Change of mind after you have used any item from the purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with your ATS score or optimization results — outcomes depend on your qualifications and the employer, and are not guaranteed.
  • Unused optimizations or credits requested after the 7-day cooling-off window.
  • Time-based browser-extension perks once the window has started.
  • Accounts engaged in abuse or fraudulent activity.

The verified-technical-failure remedy in Section 1 always applies, regardless of how much of a purchase you have used.

3. Immediate digital delivery

Optimizations and analyses are digital and delivered immediately. By starting an optimization or analysis from a purchase, you accept immediate delivery of that item and acknowledge it is no longer eligible for a change-of-mind refund.

4. Chargebacks & disputes

If something went wrong, please contact us first — for a genuine issue a refund or restoration is usually faster than a bank dispute, and we'll sort it out quickly under this policy. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent or bad-faith disputes with transaction evidence.

5. Cancellation

All current plans are one-time purchases — there is no recurring subscription to cancel; you simply stop using the service when you're done. Any grandfathered Weekly Pass auto-expires after 7 days with no auto-renewal. Note that deleting your account forfeits any remaining optimizations, credits, or active subscription time — so if you have a refund-eligible unused purchase, request the refund before deleting your account.

6. How to request a refund

Include: your registered email, Razorpay Payment ID, and the reason.

We aim to respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.
