Refund & Cancellation Policy

ATSAlign operates on a strict no-refund policy for all credit purchases. By completing a purchase, you explicitly agree that all sales are final. Please read carefully before buying.

1. No Refund Policy

Refunds are not issued for any of the following:

  • Unused credits remaining in your account.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction with the ATS score or optimization results — outcomes are not guaranteed.
  • Requests made at any time, regardless of how recently the purchase was made.
  • Account deletion — any remaining credits are permanently forfeited with no compensation.
  • Abuse of the platform or fraudulent activity.

2. Technical Failure

If you used credits but the system failed to generate a report due to a verified technical error on our side (server crash, timeout), we will restore the deducted credits to your account. No monetary refund will be issued under any circumstances — credit restoration is the sole remedy for technical failures.

To report a technical failure, email support@atsalign.com with your Razorpay Payment ID and account email.

3. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first is a violation of these Terms. We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks and to contest all such disputes with transaction evidence.

4. Cancellation

Since we operate on a pay-as-you-go credit model, there is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time. To delete your account, contact support — any remaining credits will be permanently forfeited with no refund.
