Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ATSAlign, we strive to ensure a transparent and fair refund process. As we deal in digital credits and AI services, our policy is governed by the specific nature of these goods.

1. Refund Eligibility & Conditions

✅ Refund Allowed IF:

  • Request is made within 7 days of purchase.
  • Credits are completely unused OR less than 20% of the pack has been consumed.
  • A verifiable technical error on our side prevented service delivery.

❌ Refund NOT Allowed IF:

  • Request is made after 7 days.
  • More than 20% of the credits have been used.
  • Abuse of the platform or fraudulent activity is detected.
  • Service was delivered successfully but you are dissatisfied with the "ATS Score" (outcomes are not guaranteed).

2. Pro-Rata Refunds

In exceptional cases where a partial refund is approved for a used pack (under 20% usage), the refund amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, deducting the standard value of the consumed credits and transaction processing fees.

3. Technical Failure

If you used credits but the system failed to generate a report due to a technical error (server crash, timeout), we will:

  • First, attempt to restore the credits to your account free of charge.
  • If restoration involves repeated failure, a monetary refund for that specific transaction may be issued.

4. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a manual refund request, please email our support team:

Email: billing@atsalign.com

Subject: Refund Request - [Order ID]

Include: Registered Email, Razorpay Payment ID, and Reason for refund.

We will review and respond within 3 business days.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Razorpay) within 5-7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your bank account depends on your bank's processing speed.

6. Cancellation

Since we operate on a "pay-as-you-go" credit model, there is no subscription to cancel. You may stop using the service at any time. To delete your account completely, contact support.
