No, and no checker can. ATSAlign, Jobscan and every other tool score your resume against the posting you paste; none of them can see how a particular employer has set up Workday or how it ranks the people who applied. What a checker can tell you is whether your file reads cleanly and whether it uses the words the posting asks for. That matters because of how rejection usually happens. An ATS rarely throws out a resume because a match score fell below a line. Most early rejections come from knockout questions in the application, such as work authorization, location or a required license, and from recruiters who search and filter applicants by skills and job titles. At employers that use Workday's HiredScore, applicants also get a grade from A to D that recruiters can sort by. So answer knockout questions truthfully, and make sure the skills the posting repeats appear in your resume, in words that fit your real experience.
